About the role
The Partnerships Manager ensures effective partnership management and fosters strong relationships with partner organizations. The role supports partnership tasks across Nigeria, promoting compliance and capacity building.
What you’ll do
• Adhere to IRC's Partnership Excellence for Equality and Results System. • Manage full partnership lifecycle including due diligence and agreement negotiation. • Ensure quality sub-award management and compliance. • Lead capacity sharing and partner support activities. • Coordinate partner engagement and feedback processes.
What you’ll bring
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred, BA required. • Three years experience in grants management and proposal development. • Knowledge of donor regulations (USG, FCDO, EU, etc.). • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to work under pressure in unstable security environments.
