About the role
Build and manage partnerships with companies serving dental practices to generate referrals. Focus on hunting new partners and maintaining strong referral pipelines for account executives.
What you’ll do
• Prospect new partners daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person. • Sign partners and secure first referrals quickly. • Manage startup advisor partner relationships. • Develop field-rep referral programs with supply and aligner companies. • Plan and host events with KOLs, influencers, and partners.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales with partner recruitment experience. • Proven track record opening new relationships with measurable results. • Strong public speaking and presentation skills. • Good commercial judgment and deal-making ability. • Experience with CRM and AI tools for outreach and research.
