About the role
Provide technical assistance and support to partners using Lucid vehicles and technology. Manage and resolve product-related cases efficiently while collaborating with engineers.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, SMS, and chat. • Administrate and prioritize escalated tickets. • Train Partner employees on case documentation. • Facilitate remote and on-site support for difficult cases. • Collaborate with engineers to solve complex issues.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years technical support and troubleshooting experience. • Automotive or Electric Vehicle industry experience. • High school Diploma or GED. • Excellent communication and technical skills. • Availability for flexible schedules including weekends.
