About the role
Execute Algolia's partner strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland focusing on partner growth and innovation. Develop and manage relationships with consulting, systems integrators, technology and cloud partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute partner strategy for DACH region. • Manage portfolio of consulting, technology and cloud partners. • Identify and onboard new partners building AI-driven solutions. • Coordinate go-to-market strategy with partners. • Own pipeline creation and reporting for partner portfolio.
What you’ll bring
• 7-10+ years in senior alliance or partner role. • Strong technical fluency with APIs and cloud infrastructure. • Fluency in German and English required. • Experience with cloud partners and systems integrators. • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
