About the role
Lead partner enablement to ensure confident, independent use of Peek's software in eye health programs. Facilitate training, coach trainers, and monitor software adoption and quality outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Lead onboarding and software user training with partners. • Support field visits and software release alignment. • Coach and develop trainers and training consultants. • Quality assure training models and monitor practice quality. • Manage multiple country programs and internal projects.
What you’ll bring
• Teaching or training qualification with 2+ years experience. • Experience training teams remotely in low-middle income countries. • Strong understanding of software products and customer adoption. • Excellent coaching, communication and presentation skills. • High ownership, accountability and program management skills.
