About the role
Manage and scale paid social campaigns for e-commerce brands on Meta and TikTok. Collaborate with clients and creative teams to optimize performance and grow accounts.
What you’ll do
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok. • Develop scalable strategies for ROAS, POAS, and CAC. • Create and test ad concepts with creative team. • Analyze campaign data and report to clients. • Develop SOPs and quality management for social ads.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years paid social experience with large budgets. • Experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. • Knowledge of direct-response and UGC ad formats. • Strong data analysis and client management skills. • Fluent German and English, motivated to lead a team.
