About the role
Help claimants navigate important moments by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic claim service. Manage Paid Leave claims from review through administration, evaluating eligibility and benefits.
What you’ll do
• Manage State-Mandated Disability and Paid Family Leave claims. • Review claimant, employer, and medical documentation. • Approve, pend, or deny claims per regulations. • Communicate with claimants and providers. • Calculate and process benefits and taxes.
What you’ll bring
• High School diploma required. • 1-2 years disability or leave claims experience. • Knowledge of federal and state leave laws. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
