About the role
Lead cross-functional teams to transform underwriting and claims using AI and process redesign. Shape solutions, grow client relationships, and drive business development.
What you’ll do
• Assess underwriting, claims, and operational processes. • Lead business process reinvention and redesign workflows. • Define future-state operating models with AI and automation. • Manage end-to-end engagements and set OKRs. • Build client relationships and contribute to industry thought leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years management consulting or industry experience in P&C insurance. • 5+ years process engineering, data analysis, or program management. • Bachelor’s Degree. • Knowledge of insurance value chain and AI applications. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
