About the role
Manage core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and HR systems implementation. Drive structure and compliance within the organization.
What you’ll do
• Support end-to-end recruitment for all roles. • Coordinate interviews and candidate selection. • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. • Manage employee lifecycle processes. • Support payroll preparation and resolve payroll issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 1 year HR experience, preferably consulting. • Strong communication and people management skills. • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR regulations. • Experience with payroll and performance management.
