About the role
Support daily operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer chats. Work remotely with the founders and operations team to ensure smooth workflows.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate order processing, shipping, and fulfillment. • Manage client chats and respond to inquiries. • Maintain order trackers, inventory records, and CRM data. • Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows using Zapier. • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in operations support or e-commerce. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Sheets. • Experience with Zapier, WooCommerce, Canva preferred. • Excellent written English and reliable internet connection.
