What you’ll do
• Drive OR&A activities for projects and modifications. • Develop and implement OR&A frameworks and checklists. • Ensure readiness for pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, ramp-up. • Coordinate readiness reviews and support audits. • Track and report OR&A KPIs and support performance optimization.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering. • 5–10+ years experience in Oil & Gas. • Experience in commissioning, startup, and production operations. • Knowledge of production systems and OR&A frameworks. • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
