About the role
Lead project management for Rural Health Transformation Program operations ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. Manage schedules, workflows, risks, and compliance with CMS requirements.
What you’ll do
• Translate CMS requirements into operational plans and workflows. • Build and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet. • Coordinate operational partnerships and grantmaking processes. • Monitor daily task progression and resolve operational conflicts. • Develop and improve operational systems and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in public health or related field. • 10+ years leading complex projects or programs. • Experience with project scheduling and risk management. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Knowledge of Oregon rural health systems preferred.
