About the role
Ensure proper packaging, accurate order processing, timely dispatch, and procurement tracking. Coordinate daily operations with suppliers and delivery partners.
What you’ll do
• Support COO in operational procedures and controls. • Verify procured materials against orders and invoices. • Monitor stock levels of materials and supplies. • Coordinate packaging and ensure quality standards. • Track procurement and follow up on deliveries.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND/BSc in related field. • 0-2 years experience in operations or logistics. • Good organizational and coordination skills. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
