About the role
Oversee daily operations of a fine-dining restaurant ensuring exceptional dining experiences. Manage staff, monitor expenses, and maintain high standards of service and hygiene.

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and training. • Develop processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. • Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams. • Monitor operational expenses and sales performance. • Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant. • Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3 years experience. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of inventory and cost control. • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
