About the role
Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Trade-In Business. Assist with business coordination, documentation, reporting, and meeting schedules.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate records of business correspondence and reports. • Organise digital filing systems and ensure confidentiality. • Monitor inventory reports and follow up on outstanding items. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules. • Support Trade-In activities across stores and sales channels.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • 1–2 years relevant experience in administrative roles. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related discipline.
