About the role
Operate and deploy AI capabilities for U.S. federal agencies ensuring service reliability and performance. Respond to outages and improve codebases for mission-critical systems.
What you’ll do
• Own health and stability of AI model integrations with government systems. • Invest in documentation, metrics, and troubleshooting tools. • Respond to alerts and investigate critical issues. • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and iterate solutions. • Participate in on-call rotations and maintain high uptime.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 2+ years software development experience. • 1+ years building scalable systems or AI/ML applications. • Experience with large language models or generative AI. • Familiarity with government or regulated tech environments. • Ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance.
