About the role

What you’ll do
• Manage ticket queue and resolve requests. • Participate in on-call and incident response. • Build and maintain monitoring dashboards. • Use AI tools for triage and root-cause analysis. • Write code to automate workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years with observability and metrics tooling. • 3+ years with data querying and pipelines. • Knowledge of network fundamentals and hardware. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code. • Hands-on with CI/CD and automation tooling.
