About the role

• Provide timely, personalised customer support adhering to SLAs and SOPs. • Execute daily workflows precisely using documented SOPs. • Identify and escalate issues proactively. • Assess listing applications based on company criteria. • Track and report key performance metrics and user feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years experience in crypto, finance, consulting, or customer support. • Foundational knowledge of operations functions and cryptoassets. • Proficient with CRM and blockchain analytics tools. • Strong customer-first mindset and operational excellence. • Fluent in English with strong problem-solving and people skills.
