About the role
Ensure smooth operational processes between supply chain and retail partners. Improve sales and fulfillment operations through analysis and collaboration.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain process maps and SOPs. • Analyse data to identify root causes and solutions. • Manage presale activities and select 3PLs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects. • Maintain communication with retail partners.
What you’ll bring
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with ERP, WMS and CRM systems. • Familiarity with Australian ecommerce platforms and shipping. • High attention to detail and process-focused.
