About the role
Coordinate and facilitate customer onboarding for service professionals. Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience to drive early product adoption and customer confidence.
What you’ll do
• Own relationship during initial onboarding phase. • Serve as primary resource for new Pros. • Reinforce value of Housecall Pro. • Communicate client feedback across teams. • Identify opportunities for improvement.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3+ years in customer success or sales. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Advanced English proficiency. • Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST. • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
