Onboarding Coach

About the role
Train and support hospitality clients to use Cloudbeds' system effectively. Ensure clients gain confidence and understanding by the end of onboarding.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate client onboarding and training via video, phone, and email. • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues. • Partner with Sales to define success and drive retention. • Build strong client relationships to promote product adoption. • Record activities and share feedback for product improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Over 1 year hospitality experience in roles like Front Desk or Revenue Manager. • At least 2 years in customer-facing roles. • Fluency in English and Portuguese. • Fluency in Spanish preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
