About the role
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new and expanding customers ensuring seamless implementation. Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, on-time launches that drive customer retention and growth.
What you’ll do
• Own full onboarding lifecycle from requirements to post-launch review. • Partner with customers to identify use cases and success criteria. • Manage data imports, integrations, and configurations. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams. • Track implementation metrics and report customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
• 2–5 years in implementation or customer success roles. • Strong project management skills. • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integrations. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfort working in fast-paced, distributed teams.
