About the role
Responsible for acquiring new customers, developing accounts, and driving sales growth in the on-trade channel. Focus on hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, clubs and hospitality establishments in Lagos.
What you’ll do
• Develop existing accounts to increase sales volume and product range. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by volume and value. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Identify and onboard new on-trade customers. • Drive product penetration and premium product placements.
What you’ll bring
• Strong selling and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of Lagos on-trade/hospitality ecosystem. • 2–4 years sales or business development experience. • B.Sc. or HND in related discipline. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
