About the role
Provide high-quality support to walk-in customers and WhatsApp groups, resolving enquiries and technical issues. Serve as first contact and collaborate with teams to improve customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Serve as first contact for walk-in and WhatsApp customers. • Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. • Log all support requests accurately. • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. • Escalate complex issues to Team Lead.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years customer service experience. • Minimum BSc or HND qualification. • Completed NYSC or valid exemption. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
