About the role
Lead and build Nebius' red team to conduct adversarial simulations and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure. Translate findings into security improvements and establish scalable red team processes.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead red team within Product Security. • Validate and extend Secure SDLC threat models. • Plan and execute red team engagements on cloud platform. • Research novel attacks on GPU and AI infrastructure. • Deliver actionable reports for technical and leadership audiences.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years offensive security experience. • Experience leading or mentoring security teams. • Deep knowledge of cloud-native attack techniques. • Proficiency in custom tooling development. • Experience with purple team exercises and reporting.
