About the role
Provide compassionate telephonic care and clinical direction after hours to senior living residents. Deliver virtual care primarily by phone to aging residents across multiple states.
What you’ll do
• Serve as first line of support after-hours. • Use telephonic platform for calls and care coordination. • Deliver high-quality care addressing acute and chronic needs. • Perform assessments and document in EMR. • Apply clinical protocols and participate in training.
What you’ll bring
• Master's Degree as Nurse Practitioner. • Unrestricted NP license in IA or MO (2 states preferred). • NP national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP. • 3+ years NP experience. • Ability to work scheduled shifts and document in EMR.
