Network Service Engineer

About the role
Support delivery, installation, and ongoing support of service IT systems and networking for business-critical customer solutions. Assist with system integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting under senior guidance.
What you’ll do
• Provide IT and network technical support for trials and tenders. • Support site visits and client meetings. • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual enterprise systems. • Carry out software upgrades, patching, and security updates. • Participate in out-of-hours on-call support.
What you’ll bring
• Proven IT engineering experience including installation and fault diagnosis. • HNC/ONC/City & Guilds or equivalent experience. • Experience with VMware environments and Windows/Linux OS. • Understanding of TCP/IP networking and LAN/WAN connectivity. • Strong fault-finding and communication skills.
