About the role
Provide engineering and operational support for network security infrastructure including firewalls, VPN, and remote access. Collaborate with IT teams to support projects and troubleshoot complex security issues.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement network security solutions. • Provide Tier 3 network security support and incident resolution. • Manage network security infrastructure performance and capacity. • Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure architectures. • Manage hardware/software lifecycle and vendor relationships.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. • 5-8 years enterprise network security experience. • Experience with Firewalls, DMZ, VPN, Partner connections. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
