About the role
Manage critical infrastructure maintenance programs across multiple regional markets. Lead vendor coordination, change management, and emergency incident escalation for fiber hut facilities.
What you’ll do
• Lead weekly syncs with maintenance contractors. • Oversee site dispatching across regional markets. • Manage ticketing and change management workflows. • Enforce Methods of Procedure compliance. • Serve as Tier-1 escalation for emergency incidents.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3 years telecom infrastructure or facility operations experience. • Experience managing vendor contracts and field operations. • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms. • Knowledge of power systems and HVAC infrastructure.
