About the role
Lead NOC shift operations ensuring network and application monitoring integrity. Facilitate incident, request, problem, and change management protocols.
What you’ll do
• Perform network and application systems monitoring. • Facilitate incident, request, and change management. • Develop SLA/OLA and service metric reporting. • Assist troubleshooting and escalate complex issues. • Ensure shift coverage and coordinate staffing continuity.
What you’ll bring
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science. • Four years network environment experience. • Three years customer support management experience. • Proficiency with SolarWinds and Splunk. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
