About the role
Provide escalation support for network operations, troubleshoot critical incidents, and lead resolution of complex network issues. Mentor junior engineers and manage network implementations and change activities.
What you’ll do
• Provide escalation support for NOC and Associate Network Engineers. • Diagnose and resolve network issues, escalate if needed. • Complete service requests, implementations, and migrations. • Identify opportunities for continual service improvement. • Document issues and processes in ServiceNow.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience as Network Engineer. • CCNP or equivalent certification required. • Experience in Managed Services environment. • Strong communication and mentoring skills. • Ability to work shifts and on-call rotation.
