About the role
Provide dedicated technical support to a single enterprise customer, managing their computer vision deployment and infrastructure. Build trusted relationships and improve customer operations through enablement and troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
• Become technical continuity for customer’s computer vision deployment. • Build deep understanding of customer infrastructure and workflows. • Lead enablement sessions and maintain customer knowledge base. • Diagnose complex issues across edge devices and cloud pipelines. • Partner with Product and Account teams to relay customer insights.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years Linux and networking experience. • Strong Bash and Python scripting skills. • Experience with Nvidia Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or edge devices. • Ability to diagnose full CV/ML pipeline issues. • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
