About the role
Provide first-line Apple-focused IT support remotely, assisting clients with device setup, troubleshooting, and access management. Deliver excellent customer service and technical solutions to diverse clients.
What you’ll do
• Onboard new hires with Mac provisioning and account setup. • Offboard employees by recovering devices and revoking access. • Troubleshoot email, DNS, and conference-room AV issues. • Manage support queue and communicate realistic timelines. • Collaborate with team and escalate complex issues.
What you’ll bring
• Work standard Eastern or Pacific business hours. • Quiet home workspace with reliable broadband. • Proven Apple ecosystem aptitude. • At least 5 years IT support experience. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
