About the role
Drive growth in modern trade accounts by executing merchandising strategies and maintaining inventory. Foster partnerships with store management to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
What you’ll do
• Execute and maintain planograms for brand visibility. • Monitor on-shelf availability and coordinate replenishment. • Secure and set up secondary displays. • Negotiate premium shelf space with store management. • Coordinate in-store promotions and install POS materials.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. • 2-3 years retail experience in FMCG or electronics. • Minimum 2 years in modern retail role. • Proven marketing experience. • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
