About the role
Lead oversight of Generative AI models and operational model risk to ensure safe growth. Drive embedding of model risk framework and validation standards across Monzo.
What you’ll do
• Lead embedding of Model Risk Framework for Generative AI use cases. • Collaborate with first line teams to strengthen policies and governance. • Own Generative AI validation methods and reusable assets. • Perform independent validations and report findings. • Promote strong risk culture and best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Strong Data Science or Machine Learning background with Python. • Experience designing Generative AI evaluation frameworks. • Knowledge of Gemini implementations and change assessment. • Experience managing modelling projects full lifecycle. • Understanding of banking MRM and regulatory context preferred.
