About the role
The Mobile Service Technician diagnoses, maintains, and repairs Lucid Motors vehicles at client locations. This role involves traveling within an assigned territory and providing high-quality customer service.
What you’ll do
• Function as Service Advisor and manage parts duties. • Work directly with clients to provide excellent customer experience. • Document all vehicle interactions using software. • Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems. • Travel in assigned territory and support Service Center as needed.
What you’ll bring
• 2-5 years automotive service technician experience. • Knowledge of High Voltage and Electric Vehicle systems. • Customer-facing with excellent communication skills. • EPA 609 Certification. • Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions.
