About the role
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for public safety agencies to maximize Axon's technology value. Lead operational improvements and technology adoption for customer success.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary technical advisor for public safety agencies. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders. • Troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and cloud issues. • Lead deployments and drive customer adoption. • Analyze data to improve customer outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7 years in technical account management or similar roles. • Experience with enterprise software and cloud technologies. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Knowledge of networking and IT environments. • Ability to obtain CJIS compliance and travel as required.
