About the role
You will own customer outcomes within a strategic account, building and shipping solutions onsite using Axon's platform. This role requires technical expertise, operational leadership, and executive presence to transform agency operations.
What you’ll do
• Discover and translate agency problems into buildable solutions. • Design and ship tools on Axon's platform. • Iterate until adoption sticks and document patterns. • Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate resolution. • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows. • Drive hands-on adoption and measure impact.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in customer-facing technical or operational roles. • Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, integrations. • Comfortable with hardware, software, cloud, AI technologies. • Strong communication with technical and senior stakeholders. • Full ownership mentality in fast-changing environments. • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.
