About the role
Serve as the technical lead in mid-market retail sales to drive revenue and build scalable solutions. Support multi-location retail operators with technology and customer success.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical discovery with multi-stakeholder buying groups. • Build tailored demos mapping platform to workflows. • Design end-to-end solutions including integrations and hardware. • Manage pilots, proofs of concept, and technical validations. • Own technical components of RFPs and security reviews.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in solutions or sales engineering roles. • Working POS knowledge and retail operations understanding. • Experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Fluency with integrations, APIs, and data flows. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
