About the role
Lead the onboarding experience for North American mid-market hotels transitioning to Cloudbeds. Manage and coach a regional team while overseeing strategic accounts.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop North America onboarding team. • Oversee strategic key accounts through go-live. • Manage account intake and assignment. • Act as escalation point for at-risk onboardings. • Use AI and automation to reduce admin work.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality tech. • 2+ years managing onboarding or customer success teams. • Experience with multi-property hotel PMS implementations. • Strong knowledge of North American hotel operations. • Consultative communication with executives and staff.
