About the role
The Mid Market Account Executive creates, identifies, and closes sales to acquire new customers and drive revenue. This role requires building a large pipeline and closing complex mid market deals.
What you’ll do
• Create and drive revenue within specified region or accounts. • Generate business opportunities through professional networking. • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. • Own the sales cycle from generation to closure. • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting in SFDC.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years Contact Center software or CRM sales experience. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Experience selling at the C-level. • Proven track record of sales excellence. • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
