About the role
Support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. Use CRM expertise to resolve data inconsistencies and improve AI understanding of business workflows.
What you’ll do
• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues. • Analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules. • Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms. • Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios. • Assess impact of CRM changes on billing and integrated tools.
What you’ll bring
• 4–6 years experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365. • Experience leading CRM implementations or migrations. • Strong knowledge of fields, flows, validation rules, and permissions. • Experience with billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms. • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data reconciliation.
