About the role
Develop manufacturing processes for next-generation electro-optic devices critical to satellite constellation success. Collaborate with design, software, vendors, and production teams to scale from NPI to high volume manufacturing.
What you’ll do
• Manage new product introduction and develop production processes. • Work with machine vendors to procure and improve equipment. • Design and execute DOE to optimize production processes. • Collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability. • Lead investigations on non-conforming hardware and implement improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. • 1+ years hands-on microelectronics assembly experience. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted. • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
