About the role
Provide top-tier customer support via phone, chat, and email to healthcare members. Resolve member issues and educate on pharmacy benefits.
What you’ll do
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to members and providers. • Resolve and document member issues and route inquiries. • Educate members about pharmacy benefits. • Deliver one-call resolution with expert knowledge. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years call center experience. • Located near Lehi, UT for onsite training. • Proficient in Windows, MS Office, G-Suite. • HS Diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication and empathy skills.
