About the role
Support members by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to employee benefits. Collaborate with teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Answer incoming calls and perform outreach to members. • Research and resolve issues with providers and carriers. • Document member interactions and follow-ups. • Collaborate with service teams for best outcomes. • Lead client onboarding calls and assist with service improvements.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 3 to 5 years in service or call center roles. • Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance. • Ability to interpret insurance contracts. • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
