About the role
Respond to medical information inquiries and manage adverse event reporting. Support healthcare providers and patients with accurate drug information.
What you’ll do
• Respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals. • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints. • Write medical narratives and custom responses. • Coordinate quality-related complaint processes. • Support miscellaneous projects including medical writing.
What you’ll bring
• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent. • Fluent in English (C1) and native German. • Strong clinical background and communication skills. • Experience with medical writing and call centers preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and medical information systems.
