About the role
Lead medical cost management and total cost of care strategy for Commercial healthcare lines. Bridge financial strategy with operational execution and deliver actionable intelligence to leadership.
What you’ll do
• Design and evaluate complex provider reimbursement structures. • Conduct financial modeling and contract evaluation. • Collaborate with IT and claims teams for system configuration. • Monitor total medical expense trends and cost drivers. • Prepare executive financial summaries and strategic recommendations.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years healthcare economics or managed care finance experience. • Expertise in Commercial reimbursement methodologies. • Proven contract-to-claims execution and collaboration skills. • Proficient in SQL, Python, R, SAS or cloud data tools. • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
