About the role
Plan, design, supervise, and commission sewage, wastewater, and stormwater systems for residential estates and property developments. Coordinate with engineers and contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable mechanical infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Plan and supervise sewage and wastewater system installations. • Coordinate stormwater management system implementation. • Review mechanical drawings and technical specifications. • Supervise contractors and conduct site inspections. • Develop testing, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 7 years experience in estate infrastructure or wastewater management. • Practical experience with sewage and stormwater systems. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software. • Knowledge of Nigerian engineering standards and safety regulations.
