About the role
Manage visit delivery for Wheel's client programs, ensuring SLA commitments and roster health. Lead cross-functional projects to scale telehealth marketplace operations.
What you’ll do
• Own marketplace performance outcomes for assigned client programs. • Manage roster composition and staffing strategy. • Analyze operational data and report program performance. • Develop real-time escalation and response playbooks. • Lead new client program launches and expansions.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in fast-paced, high-demand operational roles. • Accountability for SLA, throughput, or cost in marketplace or platform. • Strong data fluency with SQL, Looker, and Excel. • Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills. • Ability to author and revise operational procedures.
