About the role
NeoWork is hiring Marketing Managers to own marketing delivery for U.S. companies and agency clients. You will turn strategy into executed campaigns across SEO, paid media, and marketing operations, managing projects, vendors, and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Own marketing projects end to end from plan to launch to reporting. • Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp. • Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists. • Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance. • Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience in growth marketing or marketing strategy. • Agency or client services experience in fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis. • Experience with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp. • Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls.
